Online Order Return Policy:
Returns/exchanges will be accepted subject to the following conditions:
Garment has not been worn and has all tags attached
Garment is not soiled, marked or damaged in any way
Postage will only be refunded if Garland Activewear’s error.
Refunds cannot be given on sale merchandise or custom quick ship garments. Sale products can be exchanged.
Please allow two weeks for us to receive your return and process your request.
Custom Order Return Policy:
All custom/special orders are made to your specifications; therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect. In the case of a manufacturing defect, notify us
within 10 days of receiving shipment at 1-877-GARLAND (877-427-5263).
