Shipping

Custom Order Shipping

Most special orders and competition leotards are shipped by UPS.  Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the distance traveled and shipping charges are subject to change. Overnight and expedited shipping upgrades are available at an additional cost above standard ground shipping.  All shipping upgrades indicate delivery time from when the package leaves the warehouse, not the order date.

Special orders may take several weeks to complete, longer during peak demand times.  Competition leotards may take up to fourteen weeks to complete production.

Online Order Shipping

Most online/phone orders, excluding Custom Quick Ship, usually ship within 2-3 business days and are typically shipped via USPS or UPS mail. Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $50. Expedited shipping is available, and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Consignment/Wholesale orders

Consignment packages are usually shipped via UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges

Online Returns Policy

Online Shop returns/exchanges will be accepted subject to the following conditions:

Garment has not been worn and has all tags attached

Garment is not soiled, marked or damaged in any way

Postage will only be refunded if Garland Activewear’s error.

Refunds cannot be given on sale merchandise or custom quick ship garments. Sale products can be exchanged.

Please allow two weeks for us to receive your return and process your request.

Custom Order Return Policy

All custom/special orders are made to your specifications; therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including wrong size ordered, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.  In the case of a manufacturing defect, notify us within 10 days of receiving shipment at 1-877-GARLAND (877-427-5263).

Consignment/Wholesale Order Return Policy

Refunds are not available except for manufacturing defect.  Items can be exchanged for like items in a different size, subject to the
approval of our customer service department and may result in a 15% restocking fee
Notify us within one week of shipping date for a “Return Authorization” label.  All garments must be in original saleable condition and cannot
be damaged or soiled to be considered for return. You must pre-pay postage at the point of return.

Garment Care

All hologram, foil, and “effects” fabrics are subject to loss of shine with wear and repeated washings. 
These fabrics will lose shine in wear areas such as the seat, under the arms, and at the abdomen.  Avoid abrasion.  Light colors combined with black or dark colors are subject to color transference or bleeding and
must be laundered carefully to lessen the possibility of this occurring.

Follow these directions carefully to avoid these problems on all “effects” fabrics (including those with rhinestones).  Turn the garment inside out.  Hand wash only, with a mild liquid detergent in large quantities of cold water.  DO NOT use Woolite or detergents containing bleach.  DO NOT use fabric softener. Remove quickly, do not soak.  Roll in a towel to remove excess water, and hang to dry.

For all other fabrics, machine wash gentle cycle in cold water.  Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry low heat, remove promptly.

Hair spray and deodorants may cause staining to delicate fabrics.  Wash carefully after each wearing.  Damp leotards that are left in gym bags are subject to color transference or bleeding.

Custom Quick Ship Leotards

Custom quick ship leotards are custom made to your specifications and are not returnable or exchangeable, for any reason, including wrong size ordered. Custom quick ship leotards ship within 15 business days of date ordered. It is the customers responsibility to select upgraded shipping, if desired. It is the customers responsibility to address sizing concerns, and order try on for size leotards, where applicable. We do not accept coupons of any amount on custom quick ship leotards, nor are discounts offered on any style in this collection.

Payment

For online orders, we accept all major credit cards (visa, master card, discover, american express), paypal and shop pay.

For custom orders, a link to pay will be emailed from Garland Activewear. We accept credit card or ACH. It is the customers responsibility to pay the order invoice in a timely manner so as to not delay production and shipment. Production does not begin on custom orders without a minimum of 50% deposit. Full payment is due PRIOR to shipment.

Sizing

Garland Activewear highly recommends using try on for size leotards, especially for custom orders, to ensure your athletes end up with the best fitting garment. Custom orders are not returnable, even due to wrong size ordered.
