Garland Activewear sizing is unique to our brand, and run true to the garment industry's standard, and thus may be smaller than other brands of leotards. All measurments are a guideline. Sizing is affected by fabric stretch, garment construction, lining, and athlete fit preferences. If an athlete falls between sizes, use the smaller size for a tighter competition fit, or the larger size for growing room.

Metallic and hologram fabrics and layered sheer mesh will fit tighter than plain nylons or sublimation. We strongly recommend the use of our sizing leotards to ensure your athletes receive the best fitting leotard.
